Every Friday, Esther's table stretched to fit one more chair. The matbucha simmered from morning, the challah came out of the oven golden, and no one ever left hungry.

What began as Shabbat dinners for family grew into catering for the whole community — weddings, bar & bat mitzvahs, holidays. Always glatt kosher. Always abundant. Always made the way Esther insists.
